Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. Breed restrictions apply.

Restricted Breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, and any breed combinations of these listed.
Conditional Breeds: Dalmatian, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, and German Shepard - Conditional on having a Canine Good Citizen Certification.
